Mark assists developers with integration of shipping module to eCommerce store, or custom platform. Geared with a Bachelor of Computer Science, and Master of Information Technology, Mark comes with plenty of experience and is the go-to for technical matters & web development.

Hannah is the Sales Administrator and assists with eCommerce Integrations. Having been with Your Freight Agent since the beginning she makes a point of knowing her way around everything. A true problem solver with a background in customer support. Hannah is a natural techie and uses this innate ability to assist customers with improving their logistical workflow matching our freight products and services to suit our customers needs. An amazing resource to solve customer freight problems. Hannah also has a keen eye for design and works closely with our web team.
